Edward ("Ted") L. Perkins has been practicing as transactional attorney for over forty years. During that period he has represented both buy and sell clients in nearly every form of merger and acquisition transaction. He is also a Certified Public Accountant having received his initial professional experience in the tax department of KPMG, the international accounting firm. Ted is also a member of the faculty of the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova Law School. In that program, he developed and taught “Comparative Entity Choices”, a course which compared the relative pros and cons of the various forms of operating a business.

Ted is also a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and other professional organizations. Ted is the founder and president of YourOnlineProfessor.net, a Web-based provider of CPE credit for CPAs, and CLE for attorneys.
